Amanda hearts: film cameras (duh), film, inspiration, Amelie, Sigur Ros, French furnishings and decoration, travelling, the whirr and click of her Polaroid camera, dreamy, light filled photographs, Japan, Murakami, the idea of spending a moment in Montmartre, Super 8 films, Radiohead, Monet, Frankie magazine, vintage bicycles, Hasselblad cameras, Goldfrapp, the smell of Sydney in that cross over time between Spring and Summer, sakura, her Nikon FM3a, Christmas, Kinkuniya, photobooths, the smell of Campo’s coffee, polaroids, Bono, twinkly fairy lights, old books, Bjork, Anthropologie, decorating, umbrellas, Hokusai paintings, and obviously and most importantly, her family and her Canadian.
I have had a miraculous journey with photography. I have shot many bands, hung out with rock photographer extraordinairre Tony Mott, had photographs appear in Australia Camera magazine and Internet Au magazine, been the Sydney photographer for travel website, Planet Eye and have scored a gig shooting the biggest band in the world { *ahem U2 ahem*} and had work published in the book, For the Love of Light; A Tribute to Polaroid.
